Champion is a leading manufacturer and distributor of athletic clothing, including fleece tops and bottoms, fleece linings, sweatshirts and hoodies. As part of the then Champion Sports Company, it was founded in 1919 in Boston by Jacob Davis and Adolph Schoeller.
